Tomatoes, Avocado, and optional Cottage Cheese

Want a quick, easy, refreshing summer meal? This is it!

  • slices of fresh garden tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • dollop cottage cheese (optional)
  • fresh salt and pepper to taste
  1. Slice tomatoes. Halve, pit, and peel avocado. Arrange on plate. Add desired amount of cottage cheese, if using, and some fresh ground salt and pepper. That's it!
